The ETHOS 2025 conference will take place at Northwestern University in Kirkland, WA. The annual conference brings together people in the household energy sector to highlight and discuss current issues and research. Participants from industry, academia, non-government organizations (NGOs), and funding organizations will present ideas, updates on work, and current challenges.
The in person meeting encourages networking that leads to long lasting connections and partnerships. The conference will close with the lighting of the stoves tradition which showcases the range of stoves used globally. Virtual participants will be able to attend all presentations, present their work via Zoom, and participate in virtual discussions. The Spatial Chat platform will be available for virtual hallway networking time.

In-Person ETHOS Registration
A full price in-person ETHOS ticket is $99. If you have room in your conference/travel budget you can increase your ticket price to support scholarships and subsidize ticket prices for others. If your organization would not reimburse for the Friday reception as a separate ticket you can pay what you can for the reception here and reserve your space below with a $0 reception ticket.

Suggested donation: $40-60 per person. ETHOS 25th Anniversary Friday night at Tavern Hall in Bellevue Square at 6pm- we've reserved a room for hot eats, drinks and celebration. Spaces are Limited and you must have a reservation to join. You can reserve for $0 and pay in person or add your payment to the in-person conference registration. There will be no reception at the Baymont Hotel this year.
